She acted as a contributing author on bankruptcy for the Washington Real Property Deskbook and graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She is a frequent speaker on real estate and bankruptcy issues at industry seminars.

Ms. Nuxoll is committed to the value of community service in building a better Seattle. A life-long Pacific Northwest resident, she loves the outdoors and participating in a variety of activities from kayaking to golf to swimming and biking that help make the summers in Seattle so enjoyable. In the winter months, you will be more likely to find her enjoying an evening at the opera or symphony or sharing a good meal with her husband and friends.
