Experience in real estate secured and consumer lending complements Ms. Nuxoll’s practice, gained while working for Old Stone Bank of Washington prior to her legal education. She acted as a contributing author on bankruptcy for the Washington Real Property Deskbook and graduated from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. She is a frequent speaker on real estate and bankruptcy issues at industry seminars.

Ms. Nuxoll is committed to the value of community service in building a better Seattle. She has worked with and supported nonprofits, including Washington Women in Need (Spring Benefit Planning Committee), Girl Scouts, and various walks/triathlons supporting breast cancer research.

A life-long Pacific Northwest resident, she loves the outdoors and participating in a variety of activities from kayaking to golf to swimming and biking that help make the summers in Seattle so enjoyable.
